Highlanders/tribal infantry

I was reading through the Killlicrankie scenarios, and it says "Use the Highlanders rule on page 141 of The War of Three Kings" and then lists the clan units as "tribal infantry".
There are no rules for tribal infantry in W3K (the ones that were in BLB 2ED are gone), so would one be correct in assuming that the Highlander rule mentioned has taken over for them (i.e., that there isn't an additional rule for tribal infantry which that is supposed to modify)?
