- Cavalry
- Generals & senior officers
All of the models in waves 2 & 3 are already sculpted

I think that a while back you said that you were also going to have "French" infantry. Is that still in the plan?
I will be riding all three waves.

Yes the French will come if sales justify.
The investment in the range so far is quite significant so we need to see some cost recovery before going to the next stage. Initial presales have been very promising even though we have done no advertising yet and the models will not physically be available on a commercial basis till Saturday 6th August although they are all manufactured. Gut feel is that the range will wash its face quite quickly so the 'developments' should be reality and not pipe dreams. I will post something to TMP shortly and the figures will be available at UK Shows from September.
Those developments not sculpted yet would include:
Cuirassiers
Mounted Dragoons
Personalities
Highlanders

I posted a few pics of the range on the Steve Dean forum where the figures seemed to generate a good deal of positive response.
I definitely hope you will get around to doing the French as all existing Grand Alliance/Nine Years War ranges tend to be very Anglo-centric and only cover British and Dutch troops, thereby neglecting the main belligerent in this conflict. Like Dixon and Foundry in the past, Front Rank has done just that and merely offers a conversion pack of separate shoulder ribbons to frenchify its English musketeers and pikemen.

They're not my photos, Barry : I merely hotlinked the pics from this website to illustrate my thread. Here's the link :

I have posted and put a link to the gallery, as someone asked about painted examples.

Thanks Phil
I'll have more images of painted minis from the range by the end of the week.
