Make me a unit!

Post by Gunfreak » Sun Oct 11, 2015 7:12 pm

So I'm tempted to do 9 years war, I know little of this period.

I see there are sevral unit deals on the site but which one to buy?

Not sure if I want, a English, Dutch or French unit.

My wish list.
Either fireing line or advancing.
One with Pike please.
Please direct me to where I can get the right flags, and painting guide(big flags are better)
Also from the Beneath the Lily Banners rule book, I noticed those nice hexagon? command base. please direct me to where I can get that. I would like it to be big enough to house both my command and pikes.

Thats it. I would also like a large coke with that.

There are excellent unit packs for both Infantry and Cavalry available from the online store that cover pretty much every permutation you could ask for i.e. firing lines, advancing, at ready, at ease, with or without pikes and/or with or without grenadiers.

With pikes tends to be 25 figures, without 20 figures.

The rulebook has some painting guides.

Cheers,

With respect to flags, the Warfare shop has scores of them for the 9 Years War and the Great Northern War.
