I know November is a long way off and we have two other LOGW games before that but in true wargamer fashion, I am planning ahead !

For those of you with Indian Mutiny figures / buildings in your collection can you please let me know what you have - either at the game next weekend or by email or on this site.

For those interested in painting up a unit or a few character figures for the game - let me know. Lots of scope for colourful figures !

Peter,

I have Pandies - quite a lot of them. My pal Chris Henry did the British, which now reside in Perth. I'll hand over a full list of Mutineers next weekend, or better still you can look it up yourself, on:

Best Wishes,

The Khazi of Calibar

To confirm the Indian Mutiny game will be held on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November 2009 at the Heugh Hotel in Stonehaven.

As ususal I will have open house on Friday 20th November for a small skirmish game and a quiet tipple. Hopefully we won't have the same snow problems as we did last year.

Peter, I have a group of Indian buildings, a souk/bazaar, a tower, a larger building with an arched, arcaded walkway facade and a small outpost/district fort. I also have the Hovels range of buildings, about 8-10 of them. I should have completed 20+ tribesmen. They are very primitive with no firearms. They have swords and spears. Possibly a few other of different types by November.
I have a large sand drape and 4 large sand hills and the Kirrie club has 2 sand drapes and a box of sand hills.
Peter, let me know if anyor all of the above will be useful.

Thanks Dale, buildings will be aprticularly useful. If you have any photos that would help, especially of the souk/bazaar, tower, larger building with the arched, arcaded walkway facade and the small outpost/district fort

Do you see yourself as a Colonial type or more of a Pandie?

Actually, on checking last night, I have a large sand drape cloth too. :o I can't remember when I bought it or why but it's there to be used. "Go me" as my kids would say.

Thanks to everyone who has supplied me with details of their figures, buildings etc. I am working on the planning for the November game and will get details of commands out by the end of the month.

I would appreciate if I could get confirmation of attendance from all of our regulars.

You may not have noticed but a new Indian Mutiny range is being designed by Mike owen and will be released by Mutineer Miniatures (a West Lothian company) in October. Hopefully this will give us enough time to have some of them painted up for our November bash.

The Grimsby 'Rif Raf' will be there.

Peter, I've done you a 'Chummerie/outpost' (about 16' x 15') - lift off roof building with walled/bush circumference.

Looking forward to it.
