Hi Barry, if you are needing any 28mm Brits/Germans, just let me know

and I can pass them onto Bob. I can give you a list if required.

Cheers Martin :)

What do you have? Do you want to send a wee note either here or in a seperate e mail?

All the best and thanx again

Off the top of my head Barry have 9 corgi shermans, 3 shermans from westwind. 2 firefly shermans from westwind. 2 corgi cromwells, 1 corgi centaur. 2 bren carriers, and 3 half tracks.

infantry wise roughly 70 single based british 40 infantry, 30 paras.

All painted and ready to go.

Germans I have a few corgi tigers and panthers , quad flak on halftrack, 3 other halftracks and jagdpanther from westwind etc.

infantry about 80 or so single based.

Again all painted and ready to go.

Can also help with the terrain if required.

Just drop me an email etc and let me know. PS Can bring this up on friday or saturday you require it.

Cheers M :)

I'm doing the orbats now Gary. I think we are fine for:

British Tanks
Half tracks (American)

What we need is perhaps one British platoon from you and a variety of interesting but diverse stuff if you feel inclined:

AT guns
Mortars
HMGs
Piats

I notice that Westwind do
25pdrs
17pdrs

http://www.westwindproductions.co.uk/ca ... hp?cPath=3

They are very nice... the models will fit with the figs we have even if the figures are a little small. Have a look at them...

I am working on US infantry, British Tanks. Peter is I think going to do US infantry also.

I am basing the Yanks on large FoW bases.. 4 to a base they are looking pretty good so far. I will start a gallery section for the game prep and you can sned me pics which I'll post to show our progress till June

Hi,
no problem, should be able to get that done for you. The 17 and 25 pdr look good. Might invest in a couple of the 17s.

Also looking at getting some Wasps.

Hello chaps,

Sorry, hadn't noticed all the messages re the June game going to and fro on the forum. Thanks for the alert Barry and Dave.
I would certainly like to take part if there is still a space.
I have nothing to offer in 15s and little in 28s.
Panther, Sherman, US and German half tracks, Dodges, Jeeps, VWs, staff and civilian cars, 20 German, 20 US infantry. Ruined factory. Terrain boards and trees.
All the best,

Colin

The Iron Brigade played a short Normandy beach game last night using Kevin's 20mm terrain, figures and umpiring skills. Andrew's got the FOW bug but Kev and I are still enjoying the Rapid Fire rules so no change in scale for us.

This was a good run in for us for the June LOGW game, and my first Rapid Fire Game playing the Germans. Casulaty count was high with the entire first wave of British infantry dying on the beaches and the tanks falling foul to mines, choppy seas and the German artillery.

We even managed one German strafing run !

Looking forward to June.
